  • In 1897 Thomas Wild produce commemorative pieces in celebration of Queen Victoria's Diamond jubilee and the company was awarded a Royal Warrant.
  • The Royal Albert brand was created in 1904 as a result of being granted the Royal Warrant.  They specialised in tea, breakfast and dessert wares with floral designs.
  • Floral designs include early Victorian chintz pieces, Art Deco floral patterns through to more contemporary patterns such as Old Country Roses which was introduced in 1962.  This particular pattern has sold over 150 million pieces since its introduction.
