We’re really looking forward to welcoming our customers back on site once again for in person valuation days following the easing of lockdown measures. Come and say hello!
It’s certainly been a while, but we’re so happy to announce that, following the easing of lockdown restrictions, Potteries Auctions will be opening its doors once again to welcome customers to our Silverdale saleroom for in person valuation days.
From Tuesday 13th April, you can join us again for valuation days by appointment only to protect both our customers and our staff. To book a slot with one of our valuers, please call the office on 01782 638100, where appointments are available between 9am and 4pm every Tuesday.
This time around, we have extended our slot times to ensure less overlap between each appointment and therefore minimise potential contact between visitors. The health and safety of both our customers and staff is of the utmost importance, so rest assured that we will be taking all the necessary precautions to keep our space safe such as wiping down surfaces between each appointment and providing plenty of hand sanitiser around the building.
As before, our valuers will be wearing masks and masks will be required to be worn by customers on site (unless you are exempt from wearing a face covering). We will also be asking customers to unpack their own items and to remove empty boxes themselves.
If Tuesdays start to get a little busy, then we plan to expand our valuation day to span two days rather than reduce existing time slots to maintain a safe environment for all involved. If this happens then we’ll be sure to keep you all updated!
The easing of UK lockdown restrictions also means we will also be starting to once again welcome people for auction viewings by appointment only. If you’re interested, then please view individual auction details for the specifics on dates and times.
