Our May two-day auction will be taking place at 10am on Friday 13th and Saturday 14th May. Due to the easing of Covid-19 restrictions, we are now able to accept a limited number of bidders in person by appointment only. Please bear in mind that for both the safety of our staff and other bidders, it’s now mandatory that you wear a mask on our premises. The sale will also take place online with a video and audio link however, so you can continue to bid safely from the comfort of your home. Our May auction is set to feature a fantastic collection of 20th-century pottery, including a large collection of Lorna Bailey, Royal Doulton figurines, Beswick, Moorcroft, Wedgwood, Carltonware, Kevin Francis and more, as well as a varied selection of furniture and household items.

Lot 635 is a Longines stainless steel 1950s gents wristwatch with a pie pan style dial and leather bracelet. This stunning watch is set for sell for £300-£600.
This Jaeger le Coultre 14ct gold vintage wristwatch comes with an impressive selling estimate of £500-£1000.

The striking nature of Moorcroft vases are always popular with our buyers. Lot 439 (left) is a large trial piece Moorcroft vase, ‘A Tribute to Charles Rennie Mackintosh’, designed by Rachel Bishop,and comes with a estimate price of £300-£600. Lot 440 (right) is a trial piece Moorcroft Red Cardinals vase with an estimated hammer price of £200-£400.

Lot 704 is a boxed 20th-century porcelain Limoges chess set and is set to attract a hammer price of £200-£300.
This large collection of GB presentation packs and first day covers is stored in 10 albums. It includes approximately 225 presentation packs and 285 first day covers and comes with an estimate of £200-£400.
Lot 656 is a collection of eight medals awarded to H Maunders, comprising of: Elizabeth General Service medal with Borneo & Malay Peninsula bars; George VI General Service medal with Arabian Peninsula & Malaya bars. The following medals were awarded to S/Sgt H Maunders: The Cold War 1945-1991; Hong Kong Service 1997 medal; JASA Malaysia; Arabian Service; Border Service Borneo/Germany; British Forces Germany medal. All are stored in a wooden picture frame which is set to sell for £500-£1000!
