A Preview of our December Auction – Thunderbirds, 20th Century Pottery, Jewellery, and More!
This fantastic large collection of Gerry Anderson, Thunderbirds and James Bond Signed ephemera and model kits includes many personal dedications, and comes with a guide price of £50-£100.
Our December sale is our last auction of the year! This two-day online auction will be taking place at 10am on Friday 10th and Saturday 11th December. We are offering in-person viewing for this auction by appointment only on Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th December, 9am-3.30pm. Due to the easing of Covid-19 restrictions, we are now able to accept a limited number of bidders in person by appointment only. Please bear in mind that for both the safety of our staff and other bidders, it’s now mandatory that you wear a mask on our premises. The sale will also take place online with a video and audio link however, so you can continue to bid safely from the comfort of your home. We have many adorable Royal Doulton Bunnykins figures in our December sale, including these interesting figures that are all painted in different colourways to the usual figure. (L-R) This Bunnykins Boy Skater figure is estimated to sell for £25-£50, while the Bedtime figure, Boy Scout and The Bride are all predicted to sell for £40-£80.
Lot 673 is a collection of Wedgwood tea, coffee and dinner ware in the Lambourn design, estimated to sell for £100-£200.
Our December auction is set to feature a fantastic collection of 20th-century pottery, including Royal Doulton figurines and Bunnykins, Royal Worcester, Moorcroft, Wedgwood, Royal Albert, and Peggy Davies & Kevin Francis, as well as a varied selection of furniture and household items.
As always, we have a large selection of watches and jewellery going under the hammer, including rings, necklaces, bangles, brooches, earrings, and costume jewellery, which always prove popular with our buyers, as well as gold and silverware.
Lot 489 is a 9ct gold graduated watch chain, together with a 9ct gold bloodstone and carnelian swivel fob, with an estimate of £160-£320.
This Rolex Tudor mid-century gents wrist watch is set to sell for £120-£240.
We have numerous unreserved tray lots of good tea, coffee and dinnerware, plus bric-a-brac, books, Christmas themed items, stocking fillers, metal ware, mixed pottery, and vintage and collector’s items. This month’s lots also feature a selection of very large collection of Thunderbird memorabilia, including toys, characters, artwork and ephemera.
