Potteries Specialist Auctions (PSA)...
PSA is an auction house that specialises in pottery, ceramics and collectables ...
in particular, 20th century ceramics and collectables.
PSA holds regular saleroom auctions. These may be general or specialist (eg Royal Doulton and Beswick) or a combination.
The auctions attract national and international interest, and PSA also holds world records for prices achieved on Royal Doulton, Beswick, Wade and
Carlton Ware.
PSA is based in Stoke-on-Trent, England - an area often known (unofficially) as "The Potteries",
because of its long association with pottery and ceramics.
It also has its offices within the courtyard of a large pottery and antiques centre
(Potteries Antique Centre).
The location gives it distinct advantages over other auction houses that deal in pottery and ceramics.
CONSULTANTS. PSA has access to a wide range of consultants and authorities on
specialist subjects and draws on these as necessary to assist with valuation and
cataloguing.
A team of specialists are on hand to advise on the value of individual
pieces as well as whole collections.

- The main auctions are conventional saleroom auctions. These are held on a regular basis - currently, approx 4 per year.
- Mini online auctions are online (only) auctions. These are generally much smaller than the main auctions (eg they may
be a single make or collection). They may be held at any time (usually in between the main auctions).
Auctions may be general or specialist (eg Doulton and Beswick, Pendelfin and Beatrix Potter) ... or a combination.

relayed by phone must be confirmed in writing prior to sale.
